Cancellation Policy

Information should you need to cancel an appointment

Once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved the time and resources in our schedule exclusively for you.

We appreciate that everyone's life gets really busy however failure to attend the appointment or provide at least 48 hours' notice means that we are unable to offer this time to another client.

If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be required to pay a cancellation / no show fee of £50.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please note that weekends and bank holidays will be not included in these time frames.

You can only cancel your appointment by emailing us at n7laserandbeauty@live.com or texting the clinic on 07754 775380. Please don’t message us via social media or call as we require cancellation in writing via email or text message only.

To reschedule any “late cancellation” or “no show” appointment, you will be required to pay a cancellation / no show fee first to reserve your place. The appointments cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any appointments if the fee is not paid. We reserve the right to reschedule any late arrivals.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any appointments in unavoidable circumstances e.g. equipment failure. In such cases, we will contact the client as soon as possible and offer a new appointment at the earliest time available.

DEPOSITS
When booking your appointment, we will seek a fee of £50 to secure your session. £50 will be used toward the treatment price. Our deposits are fully refundable providing 48 hours' notice of cancellation is given.

IMPORTANT
Timing your laser hair removal appointments is more important that you might realise because of the hair grow cycle. There are three stages of hair growth: anagen (the active growing stage), catagen (the transitional stage), and telogen (the resting stage). Laser hair removal is only effective on hair in the first stage of growth. That is why it is important to book a package treatment and keep the schedule for the best results. We would recommend a minimum course of 6 sessions every 6-8 weeks to have 80-90% reduction. Please take this into consideration when rescheduling or cancelling your laser hair removal appointment or waiting too long between the treatments. Not keeping the schedule might result in missing the anagen stage of hair growth, meaning more treatments might be required than recommended initially. You will see the initial thinning of the hair after first sessions but the results will not be as effective as with the complete course within recommended time line.
